Everday there is another bailout story. Where are the stories about government cutting spending??? How about a freeze on all new spending and how about a 20 percent across the board reduction on all departments?

And when I see Congress lecturing the automakers about cutting their pension funds...how about Congress do away with their extravagant pension funds that are costing us billions of dollars every year? They should all be drug tested and forced to rely on Social Security like the rest of the population then maybe they would act more responsibly.

There should be NO MORE new spending for any reason including 'creating jobs' or 'education'. Half the kids do not graduate from High School and of the half who do most of them do not go on to college. Do away with the albatross called the Dept. Of Education and put education back in the hands of the States.

Put a freeze on all immigration whether legal or illegal. We cannot afford more mouths to feed when we are OUT of money.

How can any of us be expected to vote for Obama when we are not allowed to see his Selective Service Record?

The President is in charge of all the Armed Forces of The United States of America.

We the people are entitled to see his record.

What say you, Obama Supporters? Why is it being withheld???

Chinese mothers seek their own 'gold medal' baby with American citizenship Posted: 24 Jul 2008 10:32 PM CDT In May 2008, President George W. Bush signed into law The Consolidated Natural Resources Act of 2008. Chinese mothers are using the law as a means to bring home their own 'gold medal,' a baby with American citizenship.

The Act enabled the United States to take over the labor and immigration system of Saipan, the largest island and capital of the U.S. Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI). As a result, employers in Saipan are now allowed to apply for U.S. work visas for immigrant workers under the new act. Also, importantly, babies born in Saipan are now automatically U.S. citizens.

Many Chinese moved quickly to take advantage of the act. Immigration services in big Chinese cities like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Wuhan have started programs like "Labor Export to Saipan" and "Deliver an American Baby in Saipan."

Expectant mothers pay anywhere from 140,000 to 240,000 RMB (about $20,000 to $35,000) for the service that allows them to deliver their babies in Saipan. Click here to view our entire news blog

The big difference between Republicans and liberal Democrats is the way each party views people. Republicans see us as individuals and respect our God-given human dignity. To liberal Democrats, we're not individuals; we're members of a herd with all the dignity of a cow or pig dependent on its owner for daily rations of hay or slop. Democrats see us as being white or as blacks or as straights or as gays, or as lesbians or as heterosexuals, or as rich or poor, or as Christians or as Jews or as Muslims, or as young or as old, as working or as retired, or as housewives or as career women. They submerge us into pools that define us as members of groups instead of as what we are as God sees us-as any father sees his children-each being different from one another, and each child being a separate and distinct individual with his or her own specific talents and abilities, and all deserving of his love... This Marxist view of human nature embraces group-think, despises individuality, and seeks to eliminate all vestiges of the dignity to which every human being created in the image and likeness of God is entitled. Only the hopes and aspirations of the groups matter, and they matter solely because they create dependency on the state-which seeks to supplant God as the source of all that is good and necessary for survival." -Michael Reagan

I ma still shocked that the Dems are nominating this POS...... Government knows best: "He is going to demand that you shed your cynicism... that you come out of your isolation, that you move out of your comfort zones. That you push yourselves to be better. And that you engage. Barack will never allow you to go back to your lives as usual, uninvolved, uninformed." -Michelle Obama
Change you can hope for: "We can't drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times... and then just expect that other countries are going to say OK." -Barack Obama

Looks like Osama is starting to show his true colors and true heart with his recent comments about hard working, God fearing Americans. I hope and pray this will ultimately be his downfall.

Catholic churches in the Netherlands should use the name Allah for God to ease tensions between Muslims and Christians, says a Dutch bishop.

Tiny Muskens, the bishop of Breda, told the Dutch TV program "Network" Monday night he believes God doesn't mind what he is called, Radio Netherlands Worldwide reported.

The Almighty is above such "discussion and bickering," he insisted.

Muskens points to Indonesia, where he served 30 years ago, as an example for Dutch churches. Christians in the Middle East also use the term Allah for God.

"Someone like me has prayed to Allah yang maha kuasa (Almighty God) for eight years in Indonesia and other priests for 20 or 30 years," Muskens said. "In the heart of the Eucharist, God is called Allah over there, so why can't we start doing that together?"

Muskens thinks it could take another 100 years, but eventually the name Allah will be used by Dutch churches, promoting rapprochement between the two religions, he said, according to Radio Netherlands.

However, a survey published today in the Netherlands' largest newspaper, De Telegraaf, showed 92 percent of the more than 4,000 people polled oppose the bishop's view, the Associated Press reported.

 REFRESHER COURSE FOR FIREARMS

'Those who hammer their guns into plows will plow for those who do not.'

~ Thomas Jefferson

(This is why Ted Kennedy, Nancy Pelosi and Hillary Clinton wants gun control so badly! )

FIREARMS REFRESHER COURSE

1. An armed man is a citizen. An unarmed man is a subject.

2. A gun in the hand is better than a cop on the phone.

3. Colt: The original point and click interface.

4. Gun control is not about guns; it's about control.

5. If guns are outlawed, can we use swords?

6. If guns cause crime, then pencils cause misspelled words.

7. Free men do not ask permission to bear arms.

8. If you don't know your rights, you don't have any.

9. Those who trade liberty for security have neither.

10. The United States Constitution (c)1791. All Rights Reserved.

11. What part of 'shall not be infringed' do you not understand?

12. The Second Amendment is in place in case the politicians ignore the others.

13. 64,999,987 firearms owners killed no one yesterday.

14. Guns only have two enemies; rust and politicians.

15. Know guns, know peace, know safety. No guns, no peace, no safety.

16. You don't shoot to kill; you shoot to stay alive.

17. 911: Government sponsored Dial-a-Prayer.

18. Assault is a behavior, not a device.

19. Criminals love gun control; it makes their jobs safer.

20. If guns cause crime, then matches cause arson.

21. Only a government that is afraid of its citizens tries to control them.

22. You have only the rights you are willing to fight for.

23. Enforce the gun control laws we ALREADY have; don't make more.

24. When you remove the people's right to bear arms, you create slaves.

25. The American Revolution would never have happened with gun control.

It seems to me that when ANYONE goes to visit in a jail it is a matter of National Security that said visitor is here LEGALLY.

66 per cent of the Hispanic population here is legal......34 per cent are here ILLEGALLY. They need to leave.
