Reality has struck, we have a woman running as V.P., and it isn't Hillary. My goodness the Forefathers of our country are rolling in their graves. We have an Black man running for President, a Woman in the running for Vice President. Old George, Ben and Quincy are rockin' heavens acres, Meanwhile MLK is saying "Ya see Lord I was on the right track, all I needed was a little nudge of divine providence from you and how about that, gee dreams really do come true". Yes we're coming along way, we've evolved, adapted, grown in our own humanism greeted our future hope with the promise of changing even more. Reality! Could world peace be next? Could hunger, famine, disease, be a forgone conclusion? Could wars be settled by just saying sorry we've decided ending a human life isn't worth it? OK so maybe I'm hoping or seeing to much into these small historical steps. But think about it a minute, reality was we've never had the aforementioned moments in history before, Could this be a changing reality comming to a future near you? I'd like to think I'd live to see it, that would be a reality check I'd like to help spend.....trippy
Where's the right?

As I sit here writing this I think of many topics to dwell on, many come to mind, but this one sticks out. This one question too remains.
Where's the right?
- We allow criminals to live out there lives in prison for killing other humans, but put a Dog down for attacking one.
- We let our terminally ill live in pain & suffering, but euthanize our pets when they become to ill or unable to function.
- We allow millions of humans to give birth to children their unable to care for, yet we spade & neuter our animal pets and try to control animal population growth.
- We grant asylum to those whom are repressed, yet we put our pets on leashes, and inside fences , and put them on chains, restrict wild animals to cages and pens to let other humans watch them live.
- We humans bury our dead yet we let dead animals lie on our roadways and rot after being hit by automobiles.
- We hunt & kill for sport, yet we slaughter an animal predator killing to survive by destroying it's very food sources and willfully taking away it's living spaces, to provide for our own.
- We fiercely protect our own children, while we take away those of the animals to use as entertainment and pets.
God gave us dominion over all living things plants & animals along with the knowledge & wisdom to rule with compassion, But not even God himself gave us the freedom to override the free will and right to live of any creature on earth, this dominion he reserved wholly for himself. For he had known from the beginning the fate of every living creature on earth, and had designed into every creature a free will and a guiding soul to give it a purpose of being, So whom are we to alter that?, Who died and left us God?! Again I asked, " Where's the Right?. ..:(^)...trippy
Child ban from Church

You've heard the story on the news, an autistic teenager was banned from his church. Hmm, wonder what Jesus would've done? Actually he'd probably would've ministered to him, but what does the boy's Catholic church do they put a restraining order on him. This is one reason why I'm turned off by organised religion. I know I shouldn't judge, and that Jesus says to "fellowship" in worshipping God, but hypocrisy in religion is rampant. Another thing Jesus didn't do was solicit, " For a love offering " just to hear him preach. tithing is a duty unto God a form of sacrificing at the alter of the heart, to honor God for his benevolence.
Jesus said, "suffer little children unto me" The Catholic church where this child goes needs to go the extra mile in their walk with this child, even if it means putting up with the "Demons of Autism" in this young child's spirit. What this church has done seems to me is a form of condemnation. Perhaps the Priest and clergy of this church should ask for "Divine Guidance" From God for a solution to healing this child's spirit, and perhaps take a note from Jesus's miracle of the swine....:(!)...trippy.
Kids building bombs

What's our world coming too? A teen threatens to build a bomb and blow up a school! We need to take hold as a society of our children, Today parents are so out of touch with their kids. We're so far from knowing our own kids and what they go through in their day to day lives. Video's of beatings, online bullying, peer pressure, these are just a few of the problems our kids face. But mainly we've lost contact, can't connect into their world. We give our kids material wants, but lack in the giving of mental & spiritual fulfillment, our kids need to know that they can come to us for support. Some say corporal punishment isn't the way, but with 1.5 million kids in the juvenile system charged with crimes from petty theft to murder maybe a belt across the rear end in some situations would do the trick. Kids don't respect their parents, they don't fear us as I did mine when I was growing up. The fear of the razor strap from my Dad kept me from doing many a bad thing. Children need disciplining, this is where we as parents fail, knowing when, and what kind, and how to give it. Sit down with your children, ask the tuff personal questions. Let them known no matter how hard they try to their not going to shut you out of their lives. Don't threaten and then back down give appropriate punishment for their misdeeds and carry it out, you'll find that they will respect you both as a parent and as a person. Heck my favorite punishment is I make 'em go to church with me :}> .......Trippy
