Like yin and yang, there are 2 sides to freedom. The average American has to work to pay for their lives. That leaves the hardest workers in a place where as long as they are abiding the laws, paying their taxes and their bills they will be left alone to pursue their happiness. That is just ONE of the rights we are guaranteed in the US Constitution. Ignorance fuels the oncoming world government that we are all inching towards. The government likes that you work hard so they can do their dirty deeds that will be almost impossible to repeal once they are voted in and signed into law. How many of you actually pay attention to what our elected officials vote for or against? Have you ever READ the Patriot Act or pay attention to what homeland security is paying attention to? Did you know that President Bush signed executive orders giving him sole authority to impose martial law, and suspend habeas corpus giving HIM dictatorial power over the people, without any checks and balances? This means that for ANY REASON, the US Government can jail you for life without charges, without a trail and without a lawyer.

Look at the technology out there and how it has assisted us in our daily lives. Did you ever think it could be used against us and might not know it? Do you think its cool to have a little barcode on your keychain to buy your dinner at Sonics? Ever think they are just lubing us up with all the technological genius for the screwing of our lives? Don’t think there is a price? Did you know that that Homeland security plans to implant each and every American with an RF chip to track their whereabouts and also place RF chips placed in the US currency to the point it will come down to a chip that can actually zero you out just by it being turned off and you will be rendered a non citizen. The law known as the “Real ID Act” takes effect in May 2008. I dont know if I can let them give me a  shot in the arm with a purely programmable RF chip that the government can control me with. Imagine not being able to get money out of your bank account because of what is programmed in your chip.

The War on Terror is a ploy our government uses to control our lives. After 9/11, people became terrified that the terrorists might get them. Ever think that our government might have some of that in mind when it comes to gaining more control over the people? Did you know that pentagon plans on launching a national database that the government will use to monitor every purchase made by EVERY AMERICAN because they deem it is a necessary tool to fight the war on terror. I didn’t know it was important that the government needed to know when my time of the month was….or that I needed new guitar strings and why I went to the Guitar Center in Gwinnett rather than the one in Midtown since it was closer....control.

Ever wonder why our border control is on the low end of the totem pole? In 2005, George W Bush signed a formal agreement merging the US with Mexico and Canada without Congress or a vote from the People. Its called the Security and Prosperity partnership of North America and the Canadian Prime Minister Martin, Dubya and Vicente Fox down plays it down to “its not what we think”. Really?  What are we supposed to think when Dubya makes these decisions that go on well after his Presidency. God, who knows who will take over. Does anyone want the constitution back? Do you see what has happened without it?

Think about the steps in history that have brought us to where we are, then ask yourself if these laws that we follow were actually ratified or if they were just accepted because they were forced on us by power. The US constitution states that no law can come to pass unless it is ratified by three fourths vote of the legislature of each state. In 1913 the Federal Reserve Act was passed without the required constitutional amendment as a result of bankers; JP Morgan, John D Rockefeller and Paul Warburg bribing the senators during Christmas vacation with many senators at home with their families unable to vote. In 1919, President Wilson, who signed that bill into law regretted signing it because he said this industrial nation would be then be controlled by a system of credit and would become a government by the opinion of a small group of dominant men, the bankers. He was right, wasnt he? But as usual, they are always regretful AFTER the damage had been done…but that’s the power of money, isnt it? These same powerful bankers had convinced the Secretary of State Knox to lie that the 16th amendment for income tax had been ratified when it was not. An organization of concerned Americans, WeThePeople researched which states actually ratified the 16th amendment, only 20 states, which is not a three fourths vote. Ratification would require 36 states to vote for the bill to pass.  But the Secretary of State told the people that it was ratified so all these years people have been voluntarily paying federal income tax that is policed by the almighty IRS. Me too.

People don’t show interest or believe these things will affect them until it has happened to them. Let that marinate in your head for a while. The Settlers sailed from England to escape the tax system that is nothing compared to what we now experience. Are YOU scared yet? I am terrified. There is nowhere we can sail to escape what is headed for us. Unfortunately, I am one of those Americans that didn’t pay that much attention to what was being voted on because I was working to pay my bills and my debts to Mr. Big Banker. Shame on me.  I know I am part of the problem by not paying attention when I should have been. I should have taken the extra time out of the day to see what is going on and what our government is voting in on the ruse of "our behalf". WE are letting the government get us! Now….what are WE going to do to get more educated about not letting it get any worse than it is?

Lisa....I worked as a law enforcement officer for the Federal Reserve for 3 years. They Fired me because I wouldn't subscribe to their New World Order mantra. I'm better off without them. I will say this though, my prospects for employment using my history degree has declined because of what they about me. The Federal Reserve is pure evil in their premise as an economic barometer. Well enough of that crap.....I whole heartedly agree with everything you wrote in your post. "W" is not the person that many people who voted for him think he is. He has truly created an oligarchy in Washington. We the people will suffer for his intransigence. As I've said in many of my blogs....IT IS WELL PAST TIME FOR THE PEOPLE TO TAKE BACK THE COUNTRY. Our Government was formed to be ruled by the people...not the people ruled by the government.

It is very scary as to what our government has planned for us. Novus Ordo Seclorum is definately a phrase that our government lives by. The Nwe World Order is upon us.

Lisa....i just watched the video. It discusses everything that I have always thought. My daughters grandfather worked at the Sheraton Hotel close to the Pentagon and he never saw any plane that suppossedly caused the damage. Many people dispell his story because he is an immigrant. Our government has something to hide. The people of this nation should hold our leaders accountable.

Russell...I wrote this a couple of months ago and it never got any attention, except from Cro...lol! I had to post it again because I want more people to pay attention. Many people look at the government like a big machine thats impossible to stop. While I do belive it is a big machine, the people can use their vote to make a change. I am fearful that many of the people either dont care or they are ignorant or accepting of what is to come if the wrong people are voted into office.

I believe that Ron Paul has the platform that I believe a change can begin. We have been given the freedom in this country to pursue our own happiness. I am afraid that the happiness that we partake has only weakened us because of the trust given to the ones voted into office that have not lived up to their end of the deal, and yet still remain in office with their voters. Its maddening.

I think if we formed our own political party, I would just be the smiley face with an attitude. I dont have the kind of education that you and Cro have. I just see whats going on and believe that its so wrong and wish more people like me would wake up and smell the coffee.

Ron Paul's platform is the Declaration of Independence and the US Constitution. Together, these historic documents represent the modern world's first attempt to exercise rule by the People through the Rule of Law, a bold experiment which launched an era of democracy and enightenment throughout the world. Alas, America has lost its focus on individual rights, lost a healthy distrust of those in perpetual power. Perhaps if we still had that distrust more would realize the degree to which we're being duped by the plutocracy.

Restore the Constitution and the Republic! Vote Ron Paul in the Republican Primary on February 5th.

I guess most people are afraid of the personal responsibilities we are supposed to have for ourselves, so they are willing to trade their freedoms for "security". How sad.

Lisa, it's very sad indeed. Previous generations had to "grow up" and take responsiblity for themselves - physically, financially, for their actions, their support, their health and welfare. The Nanny state has sought to take all our worries away, and we have allowed it to happen. What people don't realize is that we have been very comfortably enslaved in the process. The only mentally competent people for whom others are responsible are children and slaves. Good little slaves lack the confidence to stand on their own, the Masters like to keep us dependent. Its time for the people of America to grow up and assume our powers, and the responsiblities that always attend that power. All we have to lose are our chains.
