I actually did that a couple of weeks ago when I saw a fresh bag on the side of the road. There was not one single bill or anything that identified it. I guess the incriminating trash goes in with the regular trash. This is on a busy local road in Dekalb that is off of 85.

That is why PUBLIC EXECUTIONS should be brought back to popularity! There is no rhyme or reason why people do that. It doesn't matter WHY. What does matter is that your local police force doesn't seem its too important. THAT's THE CRIME!.... I'll bet if they were dropping bags of cocaine on the street there would be action. How hard is it to find an envelope in a garbage bag and then confront the residents of that address? (This is something for THE POLICE to do...not YOU!) You don't want to confront crazy people like that. Besides you pay the POLICE to do that JOB. Make them EARN IT!

Try talking to different people in county government like your commissioner maybe or look at the different departments and figure out which one picks up roadway debris. I know they will come out & pick up dead animals (deer) that r reasonably close to the road, ive had this several times. In 1 instance, the deer wasnt actually dead but couldnt get on its feet, maybe brain damaged or something, it laid very still until u got close then it would start struggling. A county cop came out & shot the deer in the head with his pistol, of course it didnt die right away, very sad. Then a couple of men who had been watching put the deer into their van and carted it off...end of deer saga.

So what you're saying is that you live in an area where only illegal immigrants live? no one else? because otherwise, how would you know that they are the ones throwing out the garbage bags? do they have a sign plastered on their garbage bags... or have you asked them for their green card?

i guess you'll never know since there are so many "illegals" living in your community w/out license tags. but please re-read your post... you are insinuating the "illegals" are the ones doing it. i think that's an unfair assumption... also, why don't you contact your local pd and ask them to park their squad car where this is happening that way they will be able to apprehend the perpetrator. good luck!

I know exactly what you all are talking about except it's not always in complexes were illegals dwell, I use to do maintnenance in an gated complex near N Druid hills and Buford Hwy when I first came to Atlanta in 2002, it's alot of these uppitty folks that don't want to put there trash in the trunk so they put it on the back on the trunk, then forget and drive out the gate, within a few minutes the bag falls off and just like you said someone hits it or marta hits it and there is trash everywere, I even seen some folks leave there trash outside there door because they said they thought the groundsmens job was to pick up after them, there was a big compactor onsite too, they would walk ther dogs, there were courtesy bags put out so they could pick up after the dogs, but only a few actually did it, After Christmas a big red dumpster was brought out for old trees to be dumped in, some people would bring the tree as far as the dumpster and just leave it or put it in the compactor and jam it up, those people were paying high rent and act as if they were in the housing projects they were spoiled rotten by the management staff. what happens that it just attracts rodents and stray animals.

Just to let y'all know....I'm from Georgia myself and I keep distance between myself and the underclass population of this state. REMEMBER, VOTE LIBERTARIAN, IT'S THE REAL PARTY OF CHANGE AND PROGRESS.

When I first saw this trash on the back of this old white 80's nissan, slung the trash on the turning lane, the driver was a young hispanic man, with no license plate on the car.

A couple of months later, I was driving down this same road this Envoy or Yukon, with a hispanic husband, wife, kids and their chihuahua were driving along side of me. What was hanging in back of the back handle of the truck was a white plastic bag full of trash. I decelerated and took the lic plate # and passed my street just to see what would happen. A little more down the road, they hit the gas and charged into the next lane and there went the trash bag that landed on the other side of the road, and the car had no choice but to hit it and it spewed all over the ground. I went home and called the police and they were the least interested because
"they didnt witness it", so I tcouldnt be proven. It wasnt enough that I witnessed it.

Maybe these were the only 2 in the hispanic population to be seen doing the trash slinging on the road. But from the 2 out of 2 what I have witnessed, I am at 100%, Brock.

Your wife is not the only legal immigrant here and your wife has gained legal status by the legal means to be a legal resident here.
