Being I can not afford cable or sattelite tv I have been using regular tv and have received only the local stations. I live in an apartment complex that adds also to the lack of reception and snow in the summer time! My tv is old so it is not equiped to get the digital signal.
Yesterday I went to the store and bought a Digital converter box changing from analog to digital.
Its like a miracle and I can see the picture on my television so clear! ( "Halleluia I Can See")
Im watching a basketball game and I can actually read the score on the screen and can tell what player has the ball!
I used the $40 dollar certificate givin out by the Feds and I paid a a small ballance.
Along with have a really clear picture I have also picked up extra channels I didnt have before instaling the unit. I have 3 ABC stations now with a weather station and another showing retro ABC shows!
If you dont have digital on your tv dont hesitate and get the converter box and go into the digital age! Was that over the top? lol

Im a Emergency Medical Technician and in the last year I worked to pass a law to make it mandatory for all ambulances in the State of Michigan to carry Heart Defibrillators!!! In 2005 only around 20% of private ambulances carried them!!! Because I passed the law several organizations have me on a job black list and will not hire me!!! It doesnt matter because I recently became an EMT to save lives and by having Defibrillators on all ambulances many lives will be saved!!! In my spare time I also collect unusual antique stuff and I have a large Faygo collection dating back to 1921!!!
