Within days of the raid on the YFZ ranch it was found that phone calls leading to the warrant and raid were based on false phone calls by Rozita Swinton. Dale Barlow the man mentioned in the phone calls leading to the warrant was cleared and let go!Just this week the warrant against Dale Barlow was finally dropped after one month.

The CPS worker Marleigh Meisner stated it doesnt matter if Sarah the fake girl ever was real because we now look at Sarah as a symbol more than a real person giving them the excuse for raiding these peoples homes.

At this point many questions need to be asked?

1.  Why would a person with no real contact with the ranch all of  a sudden get the idea of calling CPS out of the blue and know information and names of residents?

2. Why didnt CPS check out the facts that Mr. Barlow had been away from the ranch for a long period of time?

3. After Dale Barlow was cleared why did they take almost a month to drop the warrant and tell the media?

4. After realizing the warrant was based on fraud why were many of the children not returned to their families!

5. Why did a fake warrant for one individual give CPS the right to storm into other un-related homes?

6. Why isnt action being taken against CPS?

7. Why isnt appropriate action being taken against Rozita Swinton?

8. Why is Federal law being ignored?

It's to weird how CPS needed a reason to get a warrant and instantly they have the fake calls and legally over step their legal athority! Total disregard for Federal law!

By not dropping the original warrant against Dale Barlow they think they had the right to keep up their actions, but in reality every action in regards to the original warrant are void!

Soon the lawsuits will be flowing against CPS and The state of Texas!

We all agree that child rapist should go to prison, but with the way The Texas Athorities are handling things many may walk!
