Yo Moha, I don't like the Great Satan, the U.S. so much anymore, this new leader, Bush, is just like his father.  He's going to invade our bro's in Iran because of that Kuwait thing.   How do we bring the USA to their knees?

Mohammad:   I don't know,

Mohammad:  Don't look at me, that's Mohammad's job.

Mohammad:  I thought terrorism planning was Mohammad job.

Mohammad:  I'll look into it.     

2 months later:  Mohammad to Osama, Ok I got it, we hijack a bunch of their planes and run them into 4 or five targets, tall bldgs, the pentagon, the white house, .

Osama:  Do it.  But I don't see how this is  going to bring them to their knees.  Knocking over a few buildings? I don't get it.

Mohammad:  Trust me it will work. It may take 8 or nine years but it will work.  You can count on Bush. 

Fast forward to today:   Bush picks a war on the wrong country.  4733 American servicemen are killed, the country is trillions of dollars in debt, millions of Americans have lost their homes, the auto industry is in shambles, unemployment is at historic highs, and they now have a clueless President elect. 

Osama  to Mohammad:  How did you know?    Easy, sometimes you have to outdumb them, not outsmart them.  Look who their President was.

 

 

 

Guess they forgot about the 1988 Presidential race when Joe Plag. Biden was caught red handed by the Dukakis campaign copying a speech to the point of plagiarism.

His campaign folded shortly thereafter.  But the voters, a la Ted Kennedy, kept voting for him, and here he is today.

Granted it isn't as bad as killing a campaign staffer.  But you got to hand it to the voters of Delaware for keeping him in there.  Same with the Massachusetts bunch.

Biden is a hatchet man, willing to tackle McCain.    Obama looks like a weak punching bag and is giving up ground under the recent attacks of McCain. 

And this is the best choice. 

Still........why vote?

Further proof that even more laws (like the smoking ban) are needed to protect the humans from themselves.  

Another motorist in a low profile car(corvette, ferrari) could have just as easily come around the corner and scraped him along in the reverse direction. 

Finally, fuel has reached a point where the refineries can turn a decent profit.  $3.15-$3.25 is the target range.  With a barrel of oil reaching over $100.00, it should stay there for a while.    A bit of a paradox for the U.S. economy though, stagflation, or inflation combined with a stagnant growth economy.  It isn't something seen since the WIN(Whip Inflation Now) days of Gerald Ford.  Another cause 30 years later is the advent of the world economy.   

With Oprah Winfrey's appeal,power, financial resources, and star status, is she helping or hurting the Obama cause?  For example, she has the ability through her talk show to make any author a best seller just by giving a thumbs up via her book club.  Both Clinton's were the benficiaries of  "star" endorsements in their campaigns, but is it to the same extent that Obama is receiving from Oprah?
