The officers were let off from criminal charges....I don't know the whole story. I don't think i need the whole story. The man was shot in the back of the HEAD. What can justify that. There is no way the officers life could have been in Jepordy if the guy wasn't even facing him. A man lost his life and a family lost there loved one. An i don't even thnk he was the primary in the altercation.There is no justice. There is no peace. The badge means nothing to me...

You've made a great choice in Spokes woman. It's wrong to say, but I will. I look foward to hearing about crime in the G.C.. She's well versed in reporting the situations and shes easy on the Eyes...  I hope other counties follow suite.

Look at the news report about the Georgian conflict. The caption with the woman setting in the rubble. If you look to the right of the woman, above the pool of blood. It appears to be a leg or two and foot. How far have we come as a people?, What I'm trying to say, is (if it bleeds, then it leads) is disgraceful... That picture is to much for me. Instead of capturing compation. We capture turmoil and pain,; can we turn this self destructive car around and move toward a holier state of existence.  

What really has me PIVED... Why has the word presumptive all of a sudden been erected like a long lost treasure. Ever y comment about Obama starts with the word the presumptive. The Darryl story about Barac coming to town just took the cake. An I know at the end of the piece. Darryl mentioned Mccain in the same fashion but I think that may have just been an attempt to deflect the Obama direct association with the word.  If all other Democratic candidates have conceded and they have, do we really have to wait to the convention before he is the democratic nominee. I understand that you guyes over at the station are just doing the 9 to 5 and reading the telaprompter. But we as a people have come so far and although we still have a long way to go... To see brothers and sisters on the air with loyalty to the 9 to 5 and no social concious, unity/pride. It kind of sets me off. Just watch how many times presumptive is used in relation to Obama. Compared with how many times it is used with Mccain. It's minor but yet BIG. It would be one thing if we were in Utah, Wyoming, New York but this is suppose to be the heart of Black America...   

 Could it be that in Old W's last days he's mashing the pedal to the medal and rachting up the gas and taking it for all it's worth. What a coincidence, gas prices would shoot through the roof during his last days. I thought or occupation of an oil rich country would some how reflect positively in some respects to our economy. Instead it's jacked up all the way around.  The bible sayes that a mans beginning is not to be judged but once he's life is complete then you can tell. Hence I understand the 9/11 attacks and need for a response. But I can't understand how we can blaze a trail to the heart of  baghdad within 6 months and still be stuck there seven years later. If were this ineffective against pockets of resistance I would hate to see us take on a standing army. Post your comments but I really just want you to pay attention to the world around you. 

The jena six situation blew up around the time Vick was going through his thing and rascial tension shot through the roof. There were more jena six bloggers after people started voicing there opinion than a little bit. My question is what should be the punishment for this evil act. It is far worse than the jena six situation which incorporated actual events that lead up to the situation. This here was just evil and cruel. They tricked the youg lady, got her into the house. Refused to let her leave(entrapment). An video taped the beating of the young lady whom at no time from what I have seen attempted to harm anyone. If the boys in jena faced life these girls should face life up under the jail. What do you think?

I don't no some I'm asking...What is the definition of extortion? An is there anyone out there that can justify the alarming amount that the so called (alwaysright) fed. gov is charging Mr. Vick for the care taking of the animals? I would keep all of them for life and take themin for weekly counseling and grooming at pet smart everyday of thier lives for that amount of money. Can some intelligent person justify this for me. This is along the same lines of the million dollar pants. 

First Vick then they went back for o.J.; and now they are after the Bishops/ slash spiritual Advisors...! WHen will the onslaught stop. I don't care if Creflo and Eddie drove fling saucers and lived in ranches on the moon. If they can bring any spiritual healing or awareness to take our minds off this man made hell us African Americans must suffer through. Then there finances and life styles are well worth it. Trust me people they will find something regardless of how small and if they don't then they will fabricate something. They have before... I pray that what ever they say. You hold fast. A mans good deads far out way his bad... An they  got to make up for this deficit there digging some where. Don't lose faith...  

I guess I can start this blog out by saying,; What is the truth? Is it  relative or is it absolute? Why do we seek the truth?, Do you really care about it or do you just want to see justice served swift and hard when someone you personally dislike is caught in the perils of the system???? I have a hypothesis about what you want. Unfortunately you'll never have it though. Mr. Simpson was acquitted of the murders so why is his name forever linked with it. His football contributions are what made him a star and thats how he should be reveared. Niccole and Ron were to unfortunate souls that got mirked and thats it. They had no celebrity other than being affilliated with him and he with her. There are a plenty of holes in the dessert so the legend goes and you can end up there for a number of reasons. Niccole was his ex-wife that meant over and done. I can not see Mr. Simpson being that enraged about his old wife. African American aren't strung like that. Why wasn't there more convicting evidence? How can he manage to disspose the knife in a fashion to never be found again but then hap hazardly drop a bloody glove behind a air condition. You see something about that logic doesn't stick... I can see some one attempting to extort the man or a drug dealer threatening there lives behind a debt owed. An Mr. Simpson refusing to pay. Some people say that there was a mafia debt. Well either way in a murder conviction you need all twelve and in his case you didn't get that. Therefore he's cleared of the crime and you continue to slander his name; cool. But you can't tell me that this last insident wasn't a blantant set up... The guy told  Mr. Simpson, set up the sale, new both parties and recorded the whole thing... (someone on Tmz said well he used his cell phone; yeah right what about the phone conversations prior to the actual incident, he has those on tape to.  Yet you throw phyllanious chargers at the man and never mention the true heart of the altercation. Not once have you made reference to whether they actually stole the stuff from the man or not, and if so how can he rob his on propierty. Doesn't the second admendment give us the right to bare arms in protection of life and property??? Could only educated fair people in search of the real ideal america post. Thanks

I understand the Hiearchy in the media some what my cousins works for your sister station in Bmore? My question simple and plain. Why aren't African American anchoers or any anchoers for that matter requesting there producers to cover more of this story? Is this not news worthy enough? Last I recall atlanta is still considered to be a balck town and when travisties of this matter take place we should be diligent in keeping the people in formed. I watch the news everyday and the blogs are the most coverage I've experienced. If it we're not for U - tube I would still be unaware. Can some one around the station found a backbone or a little pride at least. This is not meant to be confrontational or insulting I'm just a little pived about the matter. These are our children.
