I was just reading an article on Fox News web where a man got a stay of execution in Texas of all places because he feared the pain of his death! Can you believe that. And they have lethal injection there! That is the peaceful execution as compared to the electric chair!

I was outraged when I read that. The inmate said he did not fear death, just the pain.  He is in there for killin his mom and dad. Now, what kind of pain does he think that his mom and dad went through?

ARRRRGGGGHHH! Where is the justice? Not to mention TX of all places they have executed 21 people this year already. And 1 already this week. I think on Tuesday.

So, someone please explain this to me. So it can I can understand this. Cause I am angry as a pitt right now!

I'm with you, maymae. They granted him a stay of execution because some idiot got the U.S. Supreme Court to review the state's lethal injection procedures, stating that "lethal injection may be unconstitutionally inhumane"!! Did this individual think about whether shooting his parents several times in the head was inhumane before he pulled the trigger? I highly doubt it. Why should cold-blooded killers like this receive any more compassion than their victims received from them during the commission of their crime(s).

And the bad thing is that it will be several more years before he is actually executed!!
Now this is a cryin' shame. The Supreme Ct should be embarassed. It is not TX's fault.
I am happy to hear that someone agrees w/me though.

It sounds ridiculous on the the surface Maymae, but he'll get his due in 45 days. They found a technicality, but it's just buying him some time. Don't sweat it.

The problem is that there are no "REAL MEN" left in power. To make rational decisions instead they listen to "Their feelings".

Being an "ADULT" you must be able to fullfill a prerequisite: "To do the RIGHT thing and be RESPONSIBLE for your actions. Make TOUGH Decisions."

Obviously, there are NO MEN left in power. This is what is left after the PC (Politically Correctness) Bomb has left us.

It's not about Victim's Rights anymore....*that's what its supposed to be*...but somewhere down the line some RETARD (and I sincerely mean that ...someone with a Mental Handicapp) got into power and set this abomination of justice into play.

God help us all.
