Hello everyone i'm James the jeweler in Atlanta, Ga.  I have some simple ways i save money on my utility bills in my home, and though i'm a jeweler and i make very good money that does not mean i should live like money grows on trees.

When i'm home in the day time i do not use any lights i leave them off, when i'm not using my washing machine & dryer i disconnect them, i only use energy saving light bulbs,  i already have a water conserving toilet bowl and if you don't have one, really look into getting one it really saves you alot of money on your monthly water bill.

To everyone that reads my blog come up with your own ways of saving money on your monthly utilitly bills, it's well worth it if you haven't done so already.  In today's economy no one's too well off not to learn to save and conserve.

Hello everyone my name's James and i'm a personal jeweler in the city of Atlanta.  I feel that i have a very good solution to help those that may be struggling to pay their bills. In my opinion i feel that if we as a people come together and pool our own resources together to help each other we wouldn't need to rely of the city, state, or federal government.

Everyone if you look at the Georgia lottery you'd see that regardless of what's going on with the economy the lottery is still making money? and we as a people are still losing our cars, apartments, and homes.

I feel that if we raised money the same way the money is raised to play the Georgia lottery we could use that money to pay for alot of things in the city and state, and we as a people wouldn't need to wait for a new president to help us see the light to a better economy.

Everyone do the math, if you have 5000 people in one community and each person puts up $20 each that's $100,000 this money could be put into an interest bearing account, and with this money what do you think it could do to help others pay property taxes, utility bills, buy gas cards, etc.

Everyone i'm going to ask that you look into your own communities and families and consider pooling your monies together for a common goal of survival in today's economy.  Pooling your money together with people that you can trust as well as they trust you, could make a very big difference in today's economy, make sure you communicate well concerning the money that is raised, how it is to be spent, who's to be the beneficiaries of the proceeds.

The same way you pool your monies together to buy lottery tickets is the same method you can use to raise money to help each other on a weekly or monthly basis. Pooling can even be used to help buy someone's home to keep it from going into "foreclosure" If someone owes $20,000 on a $150,000 home you can divide $20,000 by 40 people, and that means that 40 people would have to put up $500 each in order to save that home from "foreclosure".  Do you know people who could do something like that to save a home from foreclosure?

What about utility bills? a neighborhood could come together and start an association to help keep each other's lights, gas, and water on. I suggest you ask to see all bank statements of each participant as well as find out if the persons have any monthly income coming from the government or investments, or from employment.  Knowing the financial status of each participant will assure everyone is being honest about the help they may need on a monthly basis.

Pooling monies together can be used to help pay property taxes as well as sanitation taxes? just make sure each person participating in the pooling process is being honest about their financial status.

Everyone if you can pool your monies together to play the lottery that you in most cases will never win, why not use the same process to assure you can have a safety net in your own communities and families by pooling your monies together to pay your bills and buy gas? consider what i've posted here and see if my suggestions could help you or your own community or family?

These are my suggestions here and if you'd like to comment on what i've suggested feel free to do so.

In the wake of so much tragedy, hardship, and loss, i'd like to ask the members here what are you most thankful for in your own lives besides your family?  This is a question i feel needs to be asked due to the direction the world is going in today.

Hello everyone My name's James and i'm a new member here, & i wanted to create my blog speaking on the issue of so many people losing their homes in Georgia, and other counties and states. I really don't know what to say the real cause is of so many good people having to give up an investment that they've worked so hard to maintain but i will say that one day i do hope that the people that have lost their homes to foreclosure, will have the courage to buy another one.

I will never say that all citizens have lost their homes due to living outside of their means, because even Stevie Wonder can see that's a bold face lie! when i look at the economy today i have so much respect for those men and women that get up at the very early morning dawn just to make the day complete for those of us that get up alot later in the morning to go to work and to school. I am a firm believer that we as a people should begin to stick together and help each other and stop waiting on city government or the state government to come to our rescue.

I would love to see the young men and women helping the older generation more, and the older generation being more of an example for the young men and women, to show them that we can be a powerful influence in the neighborhoods we live in, if we work together for the same common goal.

To you men and women that i see everyday going to work in the restaurants, hotels, the police station, the elementary & high school, the banks, and most importantly you single and married mothers of the homes you take care of so well, also the city workers from the trash collector to the solicitor in traffic court. I THANK YOU! And last but not least the men that are real fathers to their children doing what a father should do, you deserve a thank you as well just for staying and helping to raise your children along with their mother.

Why do i thank you all? because i feel that you don't hear those words enough. Just know i appreciate you for all that you do, and even if i don't know you or ever meet you all, i still say thank you. I could name many more men and women that deserves a real and honest thank you but i only have so little time to do so.

In closing i hope that my blog inspires you all to think of what i've said here and make a difference in someone's life today.
