To keep our state strong and sure it is impairitive that all insurance companys have a copy of a valid Ga. DL. of each and every policy holder in the state of Ga. It is a state Law that in 30 days of being a resident in Ga. whether permanent or not, you must register yourself , and  your auto in the county you are putting your head down to sleep at night. If you are all over the state the place where you recieve your mail.

All insurance companies must face the music, we all know about recieving the fast buck, but the gray areas must be looked at now for Ga.

The first gray area are all the illegals that aquire a DL. in North and South Carolina, Flordia, and other sanctuary states require no proof of legal entry, thus considering there is alot of work in Ga. they all come here and drive without the true right to drive. Some cause wrecks, death, crippling injuries, either flee the counrty, or the insurance co. drops them, for false statements, and there is no justice for the victim or victim's families without a hard long road of maddness of the system.

So here is the request to our Ga. State leg. and that is if you reside in Ga. with a Ga. tag, but have any other state DL. and you are not a legal citizen or legal right to be in the US., the insurance company that is insurancing you, will soley be responsible in the catagory of neglagence for not watching or underwriting their policies in the best interest of the public, if that individual or company is involed in a accident. Also Individuals that aquire a DL.,ins. Policy, and tags in another state, and have no legal right to be in the country, then come to Ga and Kill, mangle, or damage of any kind, the insurance co. will soley be responsible, for not finding out the true identity, or legal status of a indivdual before insuring and to continue insuring them ,as they go about illegally in the country throughout., which is extreme negligence on the part of the insurer.

The insurance companies. have a extreme amount of power, and have the ability to find out all info., on all people. There is no reason ,and or acceptable reason for them not to do a complete research on each policy holder,  making legal residence a top priority as should be, at this point in the game, this goes for car and home owners insurance as well.

One other important request of the Ga. state Leg. is that : All companies, that use autos, for transport of indivduals, materials, work crews, taking to job sites, must use a liscened Ga. DL. holder, with legal status to be covered under any insurance policy. If  the co. chooses to allow a illegal indivdual to drive in Ga., which is a criminal offense, then the company also becomes negligent, thus liable as a second party, with the insurance company as first party liablity, for a large payout to all victims involved under civil and criminal offenses. Maybe if we set the example ,that we mean business, about registering yourself in Ga. or use public transportation and not drive at everyone's risk of life and limb. Then this will show that  we have had enough of the lack of reguard for her people ,and families, then maybe we will save someone's life, stop the countless heart aches, and stop these insurance and private companies, and private individuals taking what is most important to us all, the ones we love. By allowing and insuring indivduals to drive that do not have the right to drive in Ga., has become so bad, we must make the responsible parties pay, that is the insurance companies #1 then the private corporations#2 ASAP. This will make all parties think twice, before losing their company and millions to victims for negligence, just for a quick buck here in Ga.

One last thought, the little girl killed instantly yesterday getting off the bus with her mother, the towing auto that went around the bus and struck her and took her young life, was that indivdual  a Ga. DL. holder?  Was he a legal resident? I have a strong feeling, that it is NO to both of these questions for me.

Lets all get togther and make it better for Georgia, if we do these things these people will flee and not return until they become a true face in our country ,not the hudge community hiding in shadows from our government, and not doing what is right by all. And making the USERS, like the insurance companies and the corporations to be responsible for these civil and criminal issues. This will show that integerity is more important than making a quick buck in the state of Ga., which also puts the ball in the people's court of life and justice for all ,not the special interest groups or the large corporations any longer. Stand up for yourselves and others that cannot stand for themselves, its now nor never, it might be your family next.

Sincerely for the people,

At this point and time there is no true freedom in Iraq, only battles over religion as always from the past, present ,and future.

We as a nation can not resolve the instablity of a Islamic Nation now nor ever, first and for most ,we are a Christian Nation, which Muslims do not want nor desire us to help in anyway what so ever.  The Sunni's and Shiites have been fighting about the inheritance of Mohammed's leadership postion for centuries. We do not have the ability to convience them (Sunni's and Shiites), to accept each others religious points or views, reason being we are captialist and Christians,  they consider us infidels, and occupiers, with a relentless occupation of their Homeland.

So, in short terms they have recently denounced there own governments intentions to sign a long-term agreement with the US, which should be completed in July, for long term security from the US against the insurgency and their own personal civil wars against each other. Also recently a young marine gave a few coins out at a check point, which had ingraved on them John 3:16, For God so loved the world he gave his only begotten son, that who so ever believeth in him shall not perish but have everlasting life. Needless to say the Clerics perceived this as a insult against Islam and wanted serve punishment done against the soldier.

This tells me that all they percieve is their own self indulgence of God and that they are all that matters Islamic practice within themselves, for the rest of us the world are infidels on this planet ,and either believe their way or be punished servelly for not believing as they or if you share some other truths of life and or religion be prepared to die for it.

So, I believe we have spent enough time money and life of our people to make a point and to show freedom to a country that does not want nor desire to free from anything much less themselves.

It is time to come home and face the music of love for our soldiers for a job well done, in a time that only prophecy that has been stated for centuries wins the war on terror.

There has some justice been served by the system on the behalf of Kathryn Johnston. It was so distrubing to me as a native Atlantian, that a 92 yr. old women gunned down in her own home, 39 bullets flying, and 6 bullets found in her by the autsopy.

After 92 years on this earth, I'm sure Ms. Johnston was a wealth of information and filled with enough love for us all, and if she was my grandmother, I would continue with this case and demand that the Federal Civil Rights Act be inforced, and Tesler go on trial for taking the Civil Rights from this women in her own house, then gunning her down as a common criminal. Also how long and how many people have falsly been railroaded into prison by this same unit with false info. from a informent that is a decitful individual himself, to tell a lie ,and or misinformation to recieve a paycheck from the police department.

No Knock Warrents must be outlawed for in goes against the 4th, 5th and 6th amendments of the constitution itself, and our civil rights.

Also we must demand that all the cases, by this unit of police and their personal informents, be investigated immediately, for it looks like that these police and their no knocks very possibly ,and more likely have railroaded and wrongful death other indivduals, and maybe they planted evidence as a general practice, to make their case, and aquire more often than not their personal rewards.

I would like to say ,I appreciate the right to express myself, and i have just recently only been able to talk about how I feel about what happen to a elderly Lady Johnston. For her death was shattering to us all, yet the good rose out of the evil, and the evil is being reckoned with and hopefully we will get to the bottom of this herendous act, and by the good of Ms Johnston ,and her courage protecting herself and her home, this will not ever happen to another person again. For our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ took her fast and she did not feel the sting of death, and she went out fighting as a 92 year old black women of the south and she makes me proud that she was a fellow Atlantian.

Sincerely felt for Kathryn Johnston

What in th world is going on in the Atlanta Court House!! When are we going to tell those lawyers of Bryan Nichols, wake up and smell the coffee!  Do they really believe that the Judge that was murdered in his own court room, didn't have friends that were Judges after decades of practicing law and being a elected Judge. Please get real ,you silly lawyers of Bryan Nichols, if you base your first part of defense on finding a judge that was not friends or even knew the murdered Judge, you got to be kidding.

I'm a native Atlantaian, and my father practiced many years 45 years to be  excact and I even know numerous Judges and I don't even practice law, Atlanta might be big, but still is a small town as far as locals knowing locals from Dekalb, Gwinnett, and so on.

Stop scaling the mountain on the flat and wrong side, and get on with the trial, for we are all starting to see you all are poor excuses of lawyers , with little defense and not anytime left to play your ace card. Oh yeah, you are playing your Ace card now, it is all down hill from here on out. You people have shown yourself unworthy of your law degrees.

Sincerely, Felt

Growing up here in Atlanta from 1959 till now has had it very special moments and Dr. King was one of those moments, Dr. King was strong, firey, brillant, relentless, persistant, and filled with the Almighty Strength of God, makes me very grateful that I personally had the opportunity to see ,feel ,and try to live my life with this ideology.

The struggle of Dr. King was a struggle for the whole world, not just here in the U.S., it was stressed for all of us to treat all our brothers and sisters with love and respect for each other and all of our life struggles which comes in waves throughtout life itself for all. The struggles of today's society is in need of Dr. King's ideology, which is ulitmately God's point and view and hopes for us all.

Look at what is happening everywhere throughout the planet, China, Iraq, Africa, relentless abuses against human and civil rights, all everyone does is talk about it, with great speeches but no action, here at home and aboard, and when and if we do intersede it is always about how much money we are losing or gaining, sad as it is, there is no cursade anymore for us, it is only them that rule and absorb it all from the people of the world.

Mr. Obama made a very elaquent speech yesterday on the anivisary date of Dr. Kings death, but left out some truths about how we live this ideology of Dr. King's to todays life, so I would like to comment on some of the excerps:   Yes Martin Luther saw the Promised Land in his vision, but it is not here in the U.S. any longer, for the mountain top belongs to God Almighty ,and without God's help all of us as a Country will never reach the Promise Land of equality of human rights or justice for all, for human rights ,justice and freedom is the center of God himself and very few are blessed like Martin Luther to speak it and live it , for talk is cheap. If you ever read some of the forefathers documents of the early days of our country, you see a relentless call on God himself. Mr. Obama says in his speech, that we are each others keepers and that we can stand up together ,or we can go down together, it is evident to me that the common man here in the U.S. has no say anymore, and our leaders have forgotten everything when it comes to economic justice and what it really is,and what fair treatment of civil issues really are.  We as Americans, civilians and veterans alike  are trapped in and denied the wages and benefits of our labor, some opportunity is opened to minimum wages for some, but not for others, good exsample Louisana Hurricanes, wages of nationally spread resturant industry $2.13 an hour, WOW.

In closing of this statement, the dream Martin Luther spoke of still remains incomplete for many, whether you are black or white, red or yellow. So let it be said that alot of us throughout time have remained vilgilant to the cause ,and we are wanting our nation's leaders to have a conscience and  reread our forefathers ideology , and to hear what the people are saying in all matters and to stop the silence on their mountain in D.C.

Sincerly felt

thanks for the right of freedom of speech,
