The women can be feisty in North Carolina.

Assistant Police Chief Tom Anderson says a woman beat up a man for taking pictures of her daughter in a Walmart dressing room in Statesville.

Guadelupe Jiminez said she saw a man pretend to drop his keys near the changing room when her daughter was trying on a bathing suit. She said the man pulled out a cell phone and took a picture.

Jiminez tracked the man down as he tried to hide and punched him in the face. Police said the punch left 40-year-old Elbert Kuykendall flat on his back with a bloody nose.

Police say suspect Elbert Kukendahl used his cellphone camera to try and take a picture under the dressing room door.

The mother held him for police and will not be charged.

Nice to see that some in this country will do the right thing and not stand around wishing the police would hurry!
