Probation???

So the "Barbie Bandits" get off with probation?  Could someone please explain to me how you get probation for ROBBING A BANK????

The other two "gentlemen" get 5 and 25 year sentences.  Is this sexism or racism? I can't tell anymore but there is some kind of ism taking place right now.  I don't think any of them should be free and if one or the other had a prior record I can almost understand them getting a heavier sentence but 25 years versus probation where is the justice in that?

This is why there are 1 in 100 adults in prison.

I think this is the order of the land. Black males fit the PRISON MOLD. An White women are the treasures of the human race. You lock up criminals and save damzels in distress.Don't fight it except it as being a factor in life. Come on who is more dangerous to society.

I think everyone should have received jail time. It is strange though that only the blond got probation. She should have received a lesser sentence that included some time behind bars. Remember the pretty teacher they
thaught was too cute to go to prison and she got out and did it again.

Both 'Barbie Bandits' were JUST AS GUILTY as the 'mastermind'. How do they justify giving one just probation for 10 years >..(if you feel that someone needs probation for TEN YEARS then maybe its just as well you put them in JAIL for those ten years!) The other (uglier one) got only 2 years! EXCUSE ME, what did she do?, only commit 'a little' of BANK ROBBERY? I seem to recall it was the TWO GIRLS actually THERE at the SCENE OF THE CRIME comitting the CRIME! But somehow the guy that WASN'T even THERE got most of IT!...

YEAH, I agree, THERE IS SOME KIND OF 'ISM going on here but I'm not sure which one either!

Teacher 2008 I'm a white guy taking up for Michael Vick but low and behold you have to show the race card. But now the cards out what about TI if I was caught with that arninal in my possision and being a convicted felon to boot I'm going away. So did he get off because he was Black? I would like to think that as the Barbie Bandits he did something stupid that now he regrets. He has the chance to do the right thing and be a roll model for some kid and make a diffrence.

HellOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

TI didn't rob anybody or threaten to kill anybody.

These people robbed a bank and put their lives and the lives of the people in the bank at risk. That surely deserves more than just probation.

It's absolutely ridiculous that these women essentially got of scott free. Let it have been ME robbing that bank.

The Barbie Bandits didn't have any weapons, they were armed with a note promising that dumbass black boy sex, he fell for the oki doke and put his freedom and career in jeopardy, he was thinking about geting high and getting between those pale white loins and now he is going to be with Suzy Palm and her four daughters for the next 5 yrs. If you think about it, they done nothing more than some teenagers that go to McDonalds when there buddy is working the drive thru and they give you free food, this just happen to be a bank.

Speaking of getting high, you must be high if you think this equates to your friend throwing an extra order of fries in your bag at the drive through (which is also wrong by the way). As for T.I. he is getting punished for his crime he will do jail time, community service, probation, pay a fine, and have home confinement after his release from prison. It is because he is a highly visible person that the judge feels that he can to more good out of jail than in jail. What do these girls have to offer other than what is between "those pale white loins"?

Come on really now, when have you ever known ANYONE to get off easily in ANY instance because they were Black? Give me a break! The note that the robbers had said (and I'm paraphrasing) Don't think for one second that I won't kill you, loose bills, don't push the button, keep your hands where I can see them. Not to mention they both had drugs on them when they were apprehended.

A few would come to mind, O.J., Michael Jackson
TI, Bill Campbell, he should have got 10 times more than what he received, Mayor Franklin's daughter,(money laundering) for her husband, he gets time but she doesn't, Why?... Because she was the Mayors daughter.
The reason the Barbie Bandits got less time is they were not the instigaters. The reason one
blond got probation only, is she cooperated with the authorities,the black guys refused.
