Apparently, I'm not the only one who thinks so.  Have you tried it?  Sinus Rinse is a saline solution that you squirt up one side of your nose and let it drain out the other side.  What's that?  It sounds gross?  Well, IT WORKS!!!  My allergist told me about it  and now I do it twice a day, once at night and once in the morning.  I prefer Sinus Rinse over the Neti Pot.  The Neti Pot relies on gravity, while the Sinus Rinse provides a little force.   The result, less sinus congestion, fewer illness and better overall health.  If you haven't tried it, TRY IT!  If you have, let me know about your experience.

We were grillin' it up this morning for the holiday.  Fajitas, spicy burgers and a dessert to die for.  This sweet treat is so easy.  You take a flour tortilla and spread some peanut butter on it.  Next,  sprinkle some mini marshmallows, chocolate chips, and coconut flakes on it.  Wrap it in foil and put it on the grill for about 10 minutes.  Unwrap, top with whipped cream and enjoy!!!   You can vary this recipe anyway you like.  Toffee or butterscotch chips.  Add some banana.  You name it, you can do it.  havea great Labor Day!

I am shocked at the negative response the Queen of Burps is getting both in house and out.  I had no idea it would get that kind of a reaction.  I'm not saying burping is the best thing a person could do....but it's far from the worse!!!!!  I think she has a bizarre and interesting talent.  But then again, I'm amazed by Stevie Starr..."The Great Regurgitator."  I was also a big fan of Stupid Human Tricks and the Gong Show.  So what's your take..Talented or totally gross?

Let the debate begin over Paris Hilton's release from jail.  Many say she got special treatment because she's Paris Hilton, but they disagree on the meaning of "special."  On one hand, many people think she only served 3 days in jail because she is famous and the average Joe would have spent more time behind bars.  However, her attorney says that in similar cases, when people have turned themseleves in, as Paris did, they actually are immediately given house arrest.  His point is that Paris actually served MORE time because she is Paris Hilton because they wanted to send a message that she wasn't receiving preferential treatment.   What do you think?

What's up gang?  Alright, Sanjaya finally got the boot last night.  Yes, most people expected him to go, and wanted him to, a long time ago, myself included.  But I have to admit, I'm a little surprised it happened last night.  I mean, he lasted this long!   I thought  he had a couple more weeks in him.  There were other weak performers this week who didn't have Howard Stern and "Vote for the Worst" campaigning for them.   I think Phil Stacey announcing he was a country artist at heart paid off for him, it earned him a new group of fans.  He was in the bottom three for weeks before last night.  I thought Chris was pretty weak Tuesday night as well, and he was in the bottom three last week.  So what do you think?  Are you surprised Sanjaya got the boot?

O.K.....so I got the results of the MRI on my foot.  I have a tuberosity fracture of the 5th metatarsal and a secondary stress frature, as well as two torn tendons.   This comes on the heels(foot pun intended) of me breaking my nose by swimming into the wall of a pool.  Some time ago, our Executive Producer Susan Brubaker said I was "frail."  Here's the question I pose to you:  Am I frail or accident prone or just living life on the edge?   Frail, to me, says I am barely able to support my own weight and as brittle as the day is long.  Accident prone I can live with, my first nickname as a child was "Bumps" for that very reason.  You guys know me pretty well, what't the verdict?  Am I frail?

GIT SUM EASTER MONKEY

Do you have your Easter Monkey?  Well, what are you waiting for?  Oh...you want to know the story behind the Easter Monkey.  Well, why didn't you say so.

The Easter Monkey story was a fabrication of my sick mind.  But that doesn't mean it's NOT true!!!  Here's how it goes:
 
    Unlike Santa Claus, who has Dancer, Prancer, Vixen, Rudolph and the gang, the Easter Bunny has to travel alone.  So, the E. Bunny was having a hard time getting to everybody since he had as much ground to cover as St. Nick with no magic reindeer to help out. 
    One of the toughest areas to get to was the jungles of the Congo.  One day, the Easter Bunny was doing a fundraiser for the Easter Seals with Curious George, the monkey from children's books.  George was curious as to why many of his friends in the Congo weren't getting their Easter eggs. When the E. Bunny told him the problem, George said, "Hey, maybe  I can help you out!"
    George's sister was dating Grape Ape (70's cartoon
icon) whose cousin used to hang out with Lance Link - Secret Chimp (TV star) who was pals with Chim Chim, the monkey that pals around with Speed Racer's little brother, Spritle.  Chim Chim had a friend whose brother's girlfriend's cousin just got laid off from the banana factory in the Congo, for eating all the profits, who needed a job.  The E. Bunny got his number, gave him a call, and said, "Hey, I could really use your help.  I'm having trouble getting my eggs to the Congo, and if you'd be willing to do it, I'll hire you to deliver my Easter eggs." 
      The Easter bunny knew he could trust this monkey because he got fired for eating bananas, not eggs! 
      So, the monkey took the job, seeing as it was the best offer he'd received since no one in the Congo wanted to hire a banana thief.
      Sure enough, when Easter rolled around, everyone in the Congo had their eggs on time!! 
      The Easter Bunny was so thrilled, and for the first time, he had no complaints on the voice mail from people in the Congo.  He called the monkey and said, "You did such a great job!!!  I'm so proud of you for getting all of the eggs delivered on time.  You know, I was so excited to hire you that I never caught your name.  What is it?"
      The monkey, proud of his accomplishment, said, "You can just call me, The Easter Monkey!!!

      And that is how the Easter Monkey came to be.  If you have any questions, let me know!!!

Hey guys!!!  This morning I had my sleep patterns analyzed at The Clayton Sleep Institute.  No shock...I was diagnosed as "sleep deprived."  I got about 4 1/2 hours of sleep last night, and don't usually get much more than that.  Here's my question: How much sleep do you get a night?   The average these days is about 6.8 hours a night.    Nevermind that we need about 8.  I'm gonna catch a quick nap and git back wit ya!!!
