HOA+ Homeowners Association / K&W =Major Real Estate Company1 We move into a $350,000.00 Townehouse 10/2006 located in Cobb County2 Owner of the house is the wife, Real Estate Agent, & at this time CFO of the Company Managing the house, husband is the CEO of Company. We never spoke with Owner on any issue.3 These people are 3 year clients of my husband, he has over 20004. We sign a 1 year Lease,(Gentlemans Agreement to Purchase in 2007, we need to clear some things off Credit)5 4/2007 My husband is Served with a Garnishment Notice of $5000.00 for Back HOA from 2003-2005 Informed ALL Mistake. Hired a Attny next door to Court house said Pay, We Did 8/1/07 Served with Eviction Papers because of a new owner . I check Records house was Sold in May of 2007 for $47,000.00 by wife/Owner, We had no Idea. Same Month we started paying their back HOA Dues. Eviction # matched with another case same owner different location. The Attny for "New Owner" same address in Cobb County. Much Much More
I have all Legal documentation Simultaniousley sent emails to K&W legal Dept with legal Documents, & Conversations. Lots More. Owner/ wife no longer with K&W.
Can we recoop our Monies? Not Comfortable with Small Claims Court they seem to have a friend. Or is this Nothing Per HOA by-Laws, Not in our Lease, & Never a mention of back or current HOA Fees
