The state of Georgia was named one of the top ten fattest states in the country...Hey people in case you didnt realize--Ill remind you and me again-obesity is a major problem in GA...We need to get serious here about physical fitness and taking care of our bodies.

We are number 8...Mississippi was number 1...

We love our southern style cooking--but we can enjoy many of those same foods but cut out all the bad fat and needless calories...GA is also one of the leading states in new diabetes cases as well--these two statistics are in direct correlation with each other and its time we got serious about protecting ourselves and our children.

It doesnt take much time to walk around the block--like Nike says Just Do It!

OK! Mark I dropped from 145lbs to a weight of 121lbs by just cutting back on my food portions. Add to the fact that my work is really physical as well, I get the exercise.
My Wife has been fighting diabetes and she's has an obesity problem as well, and she refuses to change her eating habits, it nearly cost her, her life still no changing her though. Stubborness and laziness, lack of self-determination to change any bad habits are factors. But obesity is a mental, physical, and psychological disorder that in some cases needs dire intervention, We need more information put out there, through our schools, work places, and in our homes through the Media. Education is key in the effort to battle this disease.
Obesity + Diabetes = DEATH, end of life ,and of story!...:(!)..trippy

Mark, one of the biggest and most important aspects of our overall health has been grossly overlooked. And that aspect is "lifestyle". A lot of us could lose tons of weight, if we would just cater our diets to specific lifestlyes.

For example, a body builder has to eat a lot of protein, in order to build muscle. So, you would think that they eat more meats. However, if someone is sitting behind their desk all day, then their intake of meats has to be a third less than what a body builder would eat.

Yet, one of the most important thing that all of us can do, to ease the problems with our health, is sleep. If you get enough sleep and eat a diet that caters to your individual lifestyle and not just your taste buds, followed by fifthteen minutes of some kind or some form of exercise; then you will be able to not only drop excess weight, but maintain a very productive and healthy life. No pills needed.

Believe it or not, sex is a great way to lose weight. Because sex is an exercise, eventhough we like to think of it otherwise. But it is.

A lot of calories gets burn during intercouse. And sex is a great cardio exercise, because of the intense orgasmic experience that can be achieved.

We don't have to be so "in the dark" about something that is natural. Besides, if you're not the one to join a gym or have some kind of execise regiment, assuming that you're in a relationship, then there you go. Grab your partner and dosey doe. Either that, or just go out dancing. But get some exercise and then some much needed sleep. Cut back on the meats and the sweets and just watch the pounds fall off like bacon grease.

WELCOME TO A NEW YOU!

normal - The proven practice has been given as a suggestion by me with the right and good intention of helping people to have one more avenue for the ones who needs assisatance.

Since bloggers like you immediately tend to see a motive behind this ("Don't forget to sent the swami money!" - with your supposedly a good sense of humor!/sarcasm) people tend to charge money so people will value what they get.

Please "normal" and other readers feel free to take advantage of the "FREE" yoga workshop sessions to be conducted by a Swami(Adhyatmananda)in many cities in USA including Atlanta area
Divyatourin Aug/Sep

"Normal" - They will not need your dollar and they wont impose you to adopt a new faith. Fortunately there are lot of good hearts in this world who practice unconditional love and highest good for humanity who serves people in different ways. Swamis tour has the same purpose. Appreciate if you can choose not to generalize your experience.
