SOME people SEEM to think that JUST  because some DOGS do it,, it MUST be a Constitutional RIGHT for HUMANS to do it....

I have seen Dogs mounting people's LEGS but THAT doesn't mean that they should have the LEGAL right to get married.. Dogs will ALSO mount Trees,,Telephone poles,, Fire hydrants and whatever else is handy at the time and NOT moving fast enough to get away....Kinda like Clinton.. ( LMAO,,Sorry..COULDN'T Help Myself...LMAO..)

To THOSE who Attempt to DISMISS the Will of the People by Stamping on THEIR rights,, I say…

Make NO mistake about it..This IS a LEGAL issue..NOT a Religious one..IT is PURE Laziness and it is indeed,, Intellectually Vacuous to attempt to MAKE a positive argument through a negative process involving the villification of those who do NOT share these views of the Left.... It has gotten to the point where SOME people SEEM to be under the mistakened impression that an argument can be won,, HANDS DOWN and without FURTHER DEBATE,, by merely pointing out that the opposition’s view is based on Religion or Conservatism..

I ASSURE you..YOU COULD NOT BE MORE WRONG!!!!!!

The PEOPLE prove THAT time and time again JUST as they DID in THIS case..

And I FURTHER Assure you and ANYONE else of ANOTHER FACT of Life..

Religious People and Conservatives have a RIGHT to their Beliefs and they ALSO have the RIGHT to express those beliefs,, as OFTEN and as LOUDLY and in ANY public setting as they care to DO so… JUST LIKE ANYONE ELSE…..INCLUDING YOU.. And their Views are EVERY bit the EQUAL,, their RIGHTS every bit as set in stone,, in terms of Importance and Legitimacy,, as YOUR’S….

One does NOT wiave their GOD GIVEN Constitutional Rights by FOLLOWING,, or EVEN Preaching,, the WORD of GOD or by expousing the views of Conservatism....

YOU people on the LEFT AREN’T tyrants YET and you STILL have a LOOONG way to GO before you’ll GET there…

THIS amendment has been portrayed as a DANGEROUS change and that portrayal is both intentionally DECIETFUL and WRONG.. Far from being a change,, THIS Amendement represents a TRADITIONAL View of marriage.. It IS,, in Fact,, a SAFEGUARD in Favor of the Traditional SANCTITY of marriage which HAS.. for some 60 years now,, been under a CONSTANT and Incessant barrage of assaults by the Left.. It is AGAINST a dangerous change and the manner in which that change is being attempted… AND,, the WAY in which this safeguard has been accomplished reflects an even MORE dangerous and INSIDIOUS Change that has been observed of late..,, The arbitrary and UNCONSTITUTIONAL ABUSE of POWER by Black Robed Political Accolytes of the Left that WE have come to know as the Federal Judiciary.. Those who DEFY the Will of the People… Those who consider themselves to be NOT only ABOVE the Law,, but ,, indeed,, consider themselves as the HIGH Priesthood OF the LAW..

And BTW..LET me clue some of you people IN on a REALITY of LIFE here...

NOBODY has a Constitutional RIGHT to be Married in the FIRST place..

If they DID,, One could SUE for NOT being Married... ONE could SUE each and EVERY person who EVER refused to marry you..

And HERE'S another one for you..

You DON'T even have a RIGHT to have SEX..

If you DID,, there'd be NO such thing as RAPE...ALL such Laws defining RAPE would be UNCONSTITUTIONAL...

This WHOLE business is an ATTEMPT at gaining a LEGAL recognition leading to what the supporters HOPE to eventually gain,,THAT being... The OVERALL acceptance by the General Population of THAT which they have ALWAYS REFUSED to accept.... And they will HAVE that recognition EVEN if that acceptance HAS to be accomplished by FORCE of LAW..

And as FAR as these rediculous examples of Naturally occuring acts of Homosexuality in animals is concerned,,, FAR from being an argument AGAINST the traditional view of the Sanctity of Marriage they are ,, IN FACT,,, EXACTLY the OPPOSITE…

Studies show that when these incidents of what appears to be same sex attempts to couple occur in nature there's usually an extra oridinary reason to account for it such as a LACK of Females.. THIS can orrur for ANY number of reasons.. It is DOUBTFUL that there is ANY attraction involved at all..JUST a STRONG Sex Drive and a COMPLETE LACK of Intellect and Self Control.. Something excusable and EVEN expected in Animals .. We do NOT assigned THAT level of responsibility to them..

THIS is MERELY an Instinctive Reaction to the onset of the Natural Sex Drive,, usually SEASONABLE in Nature and therefore overwhelmingly powerful,, But  even THEN,, homosexual encounters  in nature is NOT considered to be the Norm…..

It should ALSO be noted that EVEN in those creatures that normally MATE for LIFE,, such as in SOME species of birds,, where THIS Deviance from the norm  ( And BTW..There is NOTHING inherently WRONG with  BEING Normal )  has been observed,, there is NO such exclusive devotion between the individuals that can be even remotely defined as a lasting relationship.. The Individual of interrest,, if you will,, will invariably move ON to his NEXT target of interrest with NO more of an attachment then one would NORMALLY see exibited between the Sexual Miscreant and the other members of his OWN sex.. So,, though one MIGHT make an Argument that the ACT of Homosexuality MAY be occuring in Nature,, there is NO such evidence to suggest that the animal kingdom’s version of a MARRAIGE between same sex couples EVER takes place..

And BTW..

Exactly WHEN did WE,, as HUMAN BEINGS,, take our Cues from Animals ANYWAY???

Before you start opening THAT door it is well to remember ANOTHER thing about the Animal Kingdom…

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS RAPE IN THE ANIMAL KINGDOM…

Back in 2001 Seven years before Barack Obama’s "spread the wealth" comment to Joe the Plumber became a campaign issue, the current Democratic presidential candidate said in a radio interview that the U.S. has suffered from a fundamentally FLAWED Constitution that does not mandate or allow for the "Redistribution of Wealth"…

In a newly unearthed tape, Obama is heard telling Chicago's public station WBEZ-FM in 2001 that "redistributive change" is needed, pointing to what he regarded as a failure of the U.S. Supreme Court under Chief Justice Earl Warren in its rulings on civil rights issues in the 1960s.

The Warren court, he said, failed to..

"break free from the essential constraints in the U.S. Constitution and launch a major redistribution of wealth."

But then Obama, then an Illinois state senator, said that the legislative branch of government, rather than the courts, probably was the ideal avenue for accomplishing that goal.( Because COURTS are ALSO bound to that very SAME Flawed Constitution )

He went on to say,

"If you look at the victories and failures of the civil rights movement and its litigation strategy in the court, I think where it succeeded was to invest formal rights in previously dispossessed people, so that now I would have the right to vote. I would now be able to sit at the lunch counter and order and as long as I could pay for it I’d be OK

But, the Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth, and of more basic issues such as political and economic justice in society. To that extent, as radical as I think people try to characterize the Warren Court, it wasn't that radical. It didn't break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the Founding Fathers in the Constitution, at least as it's been interpreted, and the Warren Court interpreted in the same way, that generally the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties. It says what the states can't do to you. It says what the Federal Government can't do to you, but doesn't say what the federal government or the state governments MUST do on your behalf.

And that hasn't shifted and one of the, I think, tragedies of the civil rights movement was because the civil rights movement became so court-focused I think there was a tendency to lose track of the political and community organizing and activities on the ground that are able to put together the actual coalition of powers through which you bring about redistributive change. In some ways we still suffer from that."

Now.. "What’s the PROBLEM here",,you ask..Well..Beyond the fact that Obama has Demonstrated a PROFOUND departure from the intended ROLE of the Constitution,, he is willing to FUNDAMENTALLY change the ENTIRE Scope of the role that the Constitution PLAYS in Our Society..

His Disrespectful Reference to the Constitution as a "Charter of Negativity" and a " Fundamentally FLAWED Constitution" show that he has as Little Respect for that Documant as he does for ANY American Icon such as the American Flag..

Now..HERE’S something that the ACLU doesn’t WANT you to KNOW or WORSE yet,, to Understand…

As originally intended,,

The Constitution does NOT grant you ANY Positive Rights..in FACT,,there are ONLY three Positive rights enumerated in ANY of our Founding Documents and they are "Endowed" by OUR Creator,, NOT the Constitution..

THEY are,,,LIFE,,LIBERTY and the PERSUIT of HAPPINESS..

The Constitution is a Document that DIRECTS the PROHIBITIONS of the GOVERNMENTS in their DEALINGS with those THREE rights and THAT is it's ONLY Intended Function..

For Instance,, the Prohibition of ANY Law AGAINST Free Speech automatically RECOGNIZES and Respects the Positive right of LIBERTY.... In Passing a Negative Law AGAINST Murder you are recognizing and respecting the Positive right to LIFE.. and SO it goes..The TEN Commandments are the SAME way..

The Constitution,, for instance,, NEVER says that YOU have the right to Free Speech..It ONLY says that the Government cannot abridge or otherwise PROHIBIT that right..The LACK of such prohibitions RESULTS in your FREEDOM to speak your mind without FEAR of Government Intervention under the RIGHT of LIBERTY..

And THIS does NOT prohibit an Individual from doing so..THAT IS COVERED BY CIVIL LAW UNDER "CIVIL RIGHTS"..

Now..LET"S take Home ownership,, as but ONE example of the Obama Doctrine,, and see where Obama’s "Second Bill of Positive Rights" will take us..

Right NOW you have the ability to OWN a Home under the "PERSUIT of Happiness" "Right" endowed by OUR Creator IF INDEED you were to actually PERSUE that end..

Under Obama’s Doctrine of the "Second Bill of Rights".. EVERYBODY would have the RIGHT to own a Home at BIRTH ..

Sounds pretty Compassionate doesn’t it??WHO but a RWNJ could POSSIBLY be against THIS??

Until you realize that,,

By BIRTH you would have that right and it would FALL upon the Government to PROVIDE that home..in OTHER words..we would ALL pay for EVERYBODY to OWN a HOME..

And Since it’s a RIGHT..It would be up to the Government to INSURE that that individual ALWAYS had a home no matter HOW they took care of the LAST one..NOT owning a home or losing a home because you either Couldn’t or Wouldn’t be able to MAINTAIN a Home would be UNCONSTITUTIONAL..

And let’s not EVEN get into the LEGAL Litigations of ONE person’s CLAIMS to compensation should HIS house NOT be as Good as he percieves another’s..

This Redistribution of Wealth Doctrine that has been sparked by the Current Class Warfare Tactics of the Obamessiah,, the ONE who would bring us ALL together,, represents the Greatest Threat that THIS country has EVER faced,,IN time of War or NOT..

Our Founding Father's thought LONG and HARD about these weighty issues and the Constitution,, AS IT IS,, was the result..It was NOT by accident that we see this revered Document in the form that it is..

Spreading the Wealth will inevitably and invariably become,, as it has ALWAYS become whenever and wherever it has been tried,, synonymous with the Spreading of MISERY..

A person walks into a Home Depot,, Tells the employee that he wants to build a house and that he needs a hammer.. The Employee KNOWS that this guy’s going to spend a LOT of Money at Home Depot IF he treats his customer right so he takes a $10.00 Dollar Hammer off the Shelf and says

"I’m going to let YOU have this hammer for $5.00.."

Now,,The Happy Customer has gotten a BREAK..But it is NOT a Gift…He STILL has to pay a PRICE for the Hammer..

Now..LET’S say that this SAME customer comes in and there’s TWO people standing there..NOW the employee takes that SAME $10.00 hammer down off the shelf and says,,

"You have to pay $20.00 for this Hammer"

Naturally,,the SHOCKED Customer says..

"WHAT the hell FOR?? It ONLY says $10.00.."

To WHICH the employee responds..

"Yes,,THAT may be TRUE but Mark here Has EVERY right to that hammer that YOU do and he spent all his money on crack so YOU have to BUY it FOR him..And on TOP of THAT..WHEN you’re finished building your House YOU have to let Mark move IN with you.."

THEN the employee Bytches ‘cause that customer went ahead and got his hammer somewhere else..

Now,,,HOW many of you would put UP with this if YOU were that customer??

A LOT is being made of these Tax Breaks because supposedly ONLY the Wealthy are benefitting from them..How UNFAIR they are because the Government is "Giving" something to ONE Segment of Society that it doesn’t "GIVE" to all.. 

Well,, THAT’S Not true,, The Government is "Giving " NOTHING away with Tax Breaks..It is SIMPLY agreeing to reduce it’s TAKING AWAY of something that is NOT their’s to begin with....

The FACT of the matter is that TAX BREAKS are NOT socialism and they’re NOT Monies that the Government "Gives away" as is being contended NOR is the REST of America being left out in the Cold here..TAX Breaks are NOT welfare..They are based on TAXES..If you PAY no Taxes you should GET no Tax Breaks and ANY Break should be BASED on the Taxes that you PAY..

THAT'S BASIC LOGIC..

A TAX Break is a FRACTION of a TAX being Levied by the Government..

NOTHING’S being Given to ANYONE with a Tax Break.. People are MERELY being allowed to KEEP more of the Income that THEY EARNED..

It’s NOT the Government’s Money and it SURE as HELL AIN’T your’s either..

On the OTHER hand,, the So called Needy in this country being SCREWED because they receive Little or NOTHING in the way of TAX BREAKS because they PAY NO TAXES is a LIE..

THEY are NOT being Screwed at all… Tha fact of the matter is,,

According to the Budget for Fiscal Year 2008, Taken from the Office of Management and Budget the total outlays for Means Tested Entitlements in 2006 ( for ONE Year ) were $354.3 billion.

This was 2.7% of GDP and This Includes Medicaid, food stamps, family support assistance (AFDC), child nutrition programs, refundable portions of earned income tax credits (EITC and HITC) and child tax credit, welfare contingency fund, child care entitlement to States, temporary assistance to needy families, foster care and adoption assistance, State children’s health insurance and MANY MANY more such Programs GIVEN to people,, BY TAXPAYERS,,  for SIMPLY existing...

Now..when you see "Tax Credit" THAT means an Outlay based on an ENTITLEMENT and USUALLY to a NON taxpayer whereas a Tax BREAK is BASED on TAXES to be Paid BY a TAXPAYER..

KEEP this in Mind when you hear Obama's Plans for the Reditribution of Wealth ( Socialism ) in his Rhetoric..

NO welfare recipient or ANYONE else for THAT matter ever paid a DIME to give someone a Tax Break but ALL TAXPAYERS pay to give someone ENTITLEMENTS..

Case in Point,, Cunningham and Stevens get CONVICTED for Crimes that William Jefferson has YET to be EVEN be tried for YEARS after the Fact....NOR does it LOOK like he'll EVER be Tried for them..

You can CERTAINLY COUNT on it NEVER HAPPENING if the DEMOCRATS GAIN Total control again..But THAT won't STOP them from Holding up Cunningham and Stevens as examples of Corruption either,,

During this period, Dodd,, in his role as CHAIRMAN of the Senate BANKING committee and who was sucking Sweetheart DEALS from Coutrywide at the time ( Kinda SOUNDS like what Stevens was doing doesn’t it??) ,, denied rumors these firms were in financial crisis. He called the firms "fundamentally strong" said they were in "sound situation" and "in good shape" and to "suggest they are in major trouble is not accurate"..

ALSO during this Period,, Barney Franks,, As CHAIRMAN of the House FINANCIAL services Committee,, Echoed Dodd in his Denials of ANY problems with Freddie and Fannie, saying,,

"The more people exaggerate these problems, the more pressure there is on these companies, the less we will see in terms of affordable housing." In OTHER words,, the less BAD Loans they can make…

And WE turned around and gave these SAME people $850 Billion to FIX a Problem that they both CREATED and denied..

THAT’S where WE Republicans can be said to be Stupid..We CONTINUE to TRUST DEMOCRATS even though it has and ALWAYS will lead to Disaster....

"MSNBC Teams Up With ACORN, La Raza

(P)MSNBC has launched a news project with a variety of left-wing special interest groups to boost their Election Day coverage and help (Sic ) viewers experiencing problems at the polls.

One of the groups involved in MSNBC's "Election Protection" project is the Association of Community Organizers for Reform Now. ACORN has been involved in rampant voter registration fraud across the nation this election cycle and is actively supporting Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama for president.

"Our partnership with Election Protection will play a major role in NBC News' 'Making Your Vote Count’ coverage, said Phil Alongi, Executive Producer of NBC News' Election Coverage in an Oct. 22 press release. "Not only will we be able to direct voters who are experiencing problems with a hotline to call, we will also have our team of reporters and producers follow-up on the information Election Protection is gathering."

When asked for comment about ACORN's role in the project MSNBC spokesman Jeremy Gaines wrote Townhall in an email "this a question for them, not us."

Most of the groups MSNBC wants their viewers to contact and shape their news coverage on Election Day have extreme liberal agendas ranging and focus on variety of issues including housing, gay rights, amnesty, environmental policies and labor.

The National Council of La Raza, U.S. Pirg, NAACP, the Human Rights Campaign, the National Gay and Lesbian Law Association, Sierra Club and the Service Employees International Union are among Election Protection's many partners.

ACORN is not listed as a partner on the Election Protection's main website, but is listed as a partner on a promotional flyer.

These groups actively lobby Congress to support liberal policies. Most of them are openly supporting Barack Obama and other Democrats in the November elections.

Election Protection claims to be non-partisan. None of their listed partner groups, however, lean conservative.

Daytime anchor David Shuster promoted the effort Wednesday by telling viewers, "NBC is making your vote count. If you have a question about voting or problems at the polls, our partners at Election Protection can help. They have trained volunteers available to answer your questions. Call 1-866-***-**** if you have a question or if you run into or see any problems."

Anchor Contessa Brewer has similarly hyped the project. The Election Project features a snippit of her telling viewers about the project on their website. She described MSNBC's relationship with Election Protection as an "exclusive partnership"."
