Here's what we've got going on outside the Fox Weather Dept window right now. Of course there's plenty of snowpack but right by the building on the south side...we've had no trouble melting away that snow left over from previous storms.
A nice snow gauge from Mother Nature that doesn't involve going outside. ; )

Not too exciting yet...but 1"-2" across the Metro is likely as this weak system moves through.
Unlike the last few systems...this one won't be followed by an arctic blast.
Fairly seasonable temps to follow this weekend. Chance of a little freezing rain Sat night...follow by and Icy mix sunday and a high near 40!
In the week ahead snow pack that has been around since all that snow in Early December....may be doomed!
