Gee Whiz!  I hate to tell you something
that you should already know
. . . but . . .

There has never been a law
in the entire history of mankind
that has ever
prevented a crime!!

The only thing a law can do is
DEFINE THE CRIME,
and
PRESCRIBE THE PENALTY!!

Despite what the Liberals say,
each individual is responsible for the CHOICE.
