I'll tell you who's getting played.  The tax payers. 

You would think that the justice system is the one that's being tried and gotten the death penalty. 

What is it going to take for Brian Nichols to finally face up to his crimes?

Should he be given the death penalty or no?

No doubt, the DEATH PENALTY. Also, his defense team needs to be looked in to also, for extortion of funds.

What you think nicohlas killed humans and vick had an dog fighting rink! That woman got paid for turning him in and got on tv plus wrote a book everybody he came in contack with shot and killed them with eye witness but here's a woman and he 's suppose to be out of his head but was at peace with her with no one around to see him shot her!What would one more do with the both of them as to all the other ones with eye witness.Lets see #1-was able to calm an raging killer down,#2-convince him to turn himself in #3-got paid,$4-went on talk shows,#5-wrote a book,and last they can't try him sounds like a consiracy to me ,he'll get off and they will share the money plus the profit from the books sells and the city will profit also mind you that woman was strugling finically already ther was an agreement made somewhere ther was enough time before he turned hisself in .They strip vick of what was rightfully his those people life did not belong to brain!

I STILL BELIEVE THAT BRIAN AND THAT WOMAN KNEW EACH OTHER BEFORE HAND AND HAVE PLANNED THE WHOLE SURRENDERING EVENT TOGETHER SO THAT SHE WOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE CARE OF HER AND HER DAUGHTER

Why are taxpayers paying $120,000 for a psychological evaluation? There are many excellent, well-qualified professionals who can conduct an evaluation for less than 1/10 of that price. Plus what will we learn that will make any difference?

I'm really wondering why is Brian Nichols getting the "Paris Hilton" treatment? I mean, there has to really be something going on, that the public is missing?

I think that Fox5 should do a series of serious investigations that could get to the bottom of all of the red tape.

Why is Brian Nichols dressed up to look like the most feared man in Georgia?
